Allison Payment Systems (APS) is privately held, 120 year old transaction print and electronic document delivery and management
company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company, founded by Noah Allison in 1888, introduced coupons as a means of conducting payment
transactions and is the oldest business in the greater Indianapolis area based on the prolific Allison name. APS has since grown to become a
leading edge supplier of technology driven print and electronic communications serving a wide range of nationally known clients, including
many listed in the Fortune 500. While still providing millions of payment coupon books annually, Allison is now an industry leader in
production and delivery of periodic billing documents, statements, customer communications, checks and other critical customer relationship
documents. In addition Allison Payment Systems, LLC has pioneered and developed state of the art electronic delivery, storage and management
tools for its customers improving customer communications while saving millions of dollars in customer communications management. Over the
past decade APS revenues have tripled to a level approaching $150 Million.
The Company’s expertise lies in processing, formatting, preparing and presenting critical, high quality financial documents which
include periodic billing statements, monthly invoices, late notices, welcome notices, client specific payment coupon books, and a
host of other time critical computer printed materials. In addition, these same documents and communications are processed by an
automated processing system into electronic formats allowing for electronic deliveries, payments, storage and integration into
customer service and mission critical business operations. In 2007, the Company produced more than a half a billion images
representing 250 million mail- pieces. APS is the largest first class mailer serviced by the Indianapolis Post Office
(a USPS overnight mail hub) and the largest commercial printer in the Indianapolis area. The company also operates a sub-Post Office
on its premises with on-site USPS inspection and plant load pick ups.
The APS NetBill Suite of electronic products allows APS clients a strong and seamless bridge from print to digital presentation.
The suite includes the APS groundbreaking 24 CARAT production and process monitoring system currently in use in customer service
operations around the world. APS has also pioneered and implemented proprietary automated processing systems which serve to improve
quality, insure accurate processing and track client work end to end.
APS operates on the basis of its company motto…Timely Products, Timeless Quality, and all products and processes are under the
control of the APS Quality structure, which is ISO 9001 2000 certified.
